Job Description
The HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR partnership to the Information Technology and Commercial teams, supporting leaders and employees across both functions. The role executes people strategies, builds organizational capability, enables talent development, and drives a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to IT and Commercial leadership teams
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives
  • Execute talent management processes including succession planning & performance management
  • Investigate and help resolve employee issues, conflicts, and concerns with an emphasis on early intervention and positive outcomes
  • Partner with leaders to implement organizational improvements that increase effectiveness, agility, and employee engagement
