As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in supporting the people who make that possible by partnering with operations leaders and employees to align people strategy with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in Human Resources
  • HRBP Experience: 3+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner or combined operations/HR role
  • Employee Group: Experience supporting large non-exempt groups (250–500+ employees)
  • HR Expertise: Broad experience in employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employment law
