Role Overview

As an HRBP, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate with client business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR guidance aligned with the overall business strategy.

What You Will Do

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, oversee talent acquisition, implement performance management processes, and oversee payroll and employee benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience as an HR Generalist, Business Partner, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
  • Substantial experience building HR programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in various HRIS systems (BambooHR, ADP, Payolcity, UKG, Gusto, etc), Google, and Microsoft Office Suite
