Job Description
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to department and/or service line leaders, aligning people practices with operational priorities to enhance team engagement, talent development, and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • 3 years of progressive experience in human resources or related professional experience
  • Foundational knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across levels
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to inform decisions and track progress
