Job Description
We're hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. As a hands-on HR Business Partner, you'll work side-by-side with leaders and employees to navigate employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day workforce needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or operational environments
  • Experience supporting hourly employee populations preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
