Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to leadership and employees within Neighborhood Health Association, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This position supports the organization's mission by aligning human resources practices with operational and patient care goals while fostering a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of progressive human resources experience
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
