Human Resources Business Partner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field required
• Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of employee relations experience required
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and regulations including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and workers' compensation required
• Experience conducting and managing complex employee relations investigations required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills required
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, or case management systems required; Oracle experience strongly preferred
