Role Overview

As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support managers and employees on people-related matters, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day workforce needs. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective working relationships across the organization.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, providing guidance on talent management, coaching managers and leaders, analyzing HR metrics, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational design principles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) is preferred
