Role OverviewThe HR Business Partner will provide expertise in and serve as an advisor with key human resources workflows, systems, and projects. This position will work closely with the HR leadership team to deploy HR strategies and initiatives in support of the organization's goals.
What You Will Do
The HRBP will provide daily strategic HR guidance including, but not limited to, policy implementation, performance evaluation management, team member engagement, and HR compliance. The HRBP will utilize the Human Capital Management system [Workday] to properly execute workflow and develop and analyze data, share insights and update KPI’s for formulation of recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of three years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
- Broad knowledge of HR industry practices with demonstrated generalist experience in areas of compensation, benefits, recruitment, and talent development
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare experience a plus
