Role OverviewWe're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping managers bring out the best in their teams. The HR Business Partner will work closely with regional leaders, Practice Managers, Office Managers, and local leadership teams to provide HR support and guidance.
What You Will Do
As an HR Business Partner, you'll work on building strong relationships with managers and operational leaders, coaching them through employee conversations, performance concerns, and day-to-day people decisions. You'll also support performance management, corrective action, and employee documentation.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an HR Generalist, HRBP, or Employee Relations-focused role
- Experience supporting managers with employee relations and performance management
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with corrective action, employee documentation, and workplace investigations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good judgment and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to HR
- The ability to balance multiple priorities in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based teams is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus, but not required
