Role OverviewThe Human Resources Business Partner will provide a leadership presence with internal stakeholders to align human resources with the strategic aims of the business and support the daily functions of the human resources department. The role will involve aligning business objectives with human capital initiatives and participating in business planning and leadership discussions as the primary HR advisor.
What You Will Do
The Human Resources Business Partner will support activities such as workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational change, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management. The role will also involve supporting business transformation, acquisitions, integrations, and other significant organizational changes, while assessing people impact of the decisions and developing change and communication strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in all aspects of human resources
- PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal legislation
- Experience with international and diverse cultures preferred
- Prior experience with building teams in a matrix, global organization
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products
