Role OverviewThe Human Resources Business Partner advises on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures and processes. Works directly with the organization's leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals.
What You Will Do
Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others. Investigate, and propose solutions for, complex cases in liaison with line managers.

Requirements
- Senior Professional Human Resources certification
- Certified Compensation Professional certification
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist certification
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in more than one area of Human Resources
