Job Description
Kinsale Insurance is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees in our Underwriting divisions. This role partners closely with management to drive employee engagement, performance, and talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of Human Resource Manager or HR Business Partner experience.
  • Proven knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working across one or more HR functional areas, including benefits, compensation, and/or recruiting.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers and employees at various levels.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification is preferred.
