Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner provides proactive strategic HR support and guidance to property managers, executives and leadership teams, promoting collaboration and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years HR-related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll functions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills to drive change and growth
  • Ability to deal with internal and external customers with patience, tact and diplomacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Facilitation experience including training, transition/onboarding, workshops, webinars and new hire orientation
