Lendmark Financial Services seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to align human resources strategies with business objectives and serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience
  • 5+ years of Human Resources employee relations/investigations or related experience
  • 3+ year experience with California employment law relative to Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision; self-starter
  • Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
