Job Description
We're seeking a proactive and collaborative Human Resources Consultant to partner with managers, leaders, and employees across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
  • 3+ years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience with unionized employees or multi-employer environments preferred.
  • TWIC credential required.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except as prohibited by law.
