Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator facilitates various aspects of the HR function at Eataly Chicago, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and employee relations. Reports to the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) and functionally to the Area Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of full cycle HR experience, preferably in retail and/or hospitality
  • Understanding of all components of HR including systems, databases and metrics
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
