Job Description

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of Human Resources experience preferred
Working knowledge of employment laws and related regulations
Professional, self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to read and write basic lists, memos, and business correspondence
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience with Oracle applications is a plus
Must be familiar with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
