Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide HR services to colleagues, assist with administrative tasks, and support colleague recognition and onboarding. The role involves acting as a receptionist, coordinating colleague events, and supporting payroll, recruiting, and colleague files. The ideal candidate will have administrative and HR backgrounds, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a passion for team support.

Requirements

  • Administrative and HR backgrounds
  • 1+ year administrative support experience in an office or facility setting
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Passion for team support & the greater colleague experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while balancing the demands of a fast-paced environment
