Job Description
The HR & Onboarding Coordinator supports the Human Resources team with recruiting coordination, new hire onboarding, employee record management, and day-to-day HR support.
Requirements
Assist with pre-employment processes
Support and participate in bi-weekly New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions
Help organize NHO logistics
Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions
Track and monitor completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation
Assist with entering new hire information into the Colorado New Hire Database
Enter, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS systems accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and organize personnel files and assist with audits
Assist in preparing standard HR reports and compiling data
Escalate employee concerns, questions, or sensitive matters
Track and support monthly ROL (Report of Labor) documentation and completion
Assist with the planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR-led events
