Job Description
The HR & Onboarding Coordinator supports the Human Resources team with recruiting coordination, new hire onboarding, employee record management, and day-to-day HR support.

Requirements

  • Assist with pre-employment processes
  • Support and participate in bi-weekly New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions
  • Help organize NHO logistics
  • Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions
  • Track and monitor completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Assist with entering new hire information into the Colorado New Hire Database
  • Enter, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS systems accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and organize personnel files and assist with audits
  • Assist in preparing standard HR reports and compiling data
  • Escalate employee concerns, questions, or sensitive matters
  • Track and support monthly ROL (Report of Labor) documentation and completion
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR-led events
