Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations by delivering exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external candidates. This full-time, on-site HR role in Vegas is hiring immediately and plays a critical role in managing the employee onboarding lifecycle, HR administrative processes, and compliance documentation.
What You Will Do
Review and process employment applications, support full-cycle employee onboarding, perform timekeeping functions, conduct employment reference checks, and maintain compliance with federal regulations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 months of HR, administrative, customer service, or onboarding support experience, a certificate from a college/technical school, and technical skills in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systems.
Requirements
- 3–6 months of HR, administrative, customer service, or onboarding support experience
- Certificate from a college/technical school
- Experience with HRIS systems (Kronos preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Experience with document management systems such as Image Quest preferred
