The role involves recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, training, compliance, and supporting field and office teams.
What You Will Do
As an HR Coordinator, you'll be involved in HR administration, benefits administration, training administration, payroll administration, and culture ambassadorship. You'll support the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Canva, Bizlibary, Timeco a plus
