Role OverviewA Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs, including issues related to employment, compensation, and benefits. This role requires an ongoing commitment to continuing education and familiarity with changes in labor laws and regulations.
What You Will Do
Administers the recruitment process, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and supports department and companywide special projects. The role also requires maintaining confidentiality, being approachable and effective, and influencing changes across all levels of the organization.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for hourly manufacturing/industrial positions
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Union experience would be helpful but not required
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
