Role OverviewThe Human Resources Coordinator will partner with the Operations Manager to advance an organizational culture that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of team members, children, parents/guardians, and caregivers. This position will focus on matters relating to human resources, professional development, safety, and compliance.
What You Will Do
The Human Resources Coordinator will implement strategies to support recruitment, hiring, and retention of qualified staff, plan for and oversee new employee orientation, in-service training, and professional development, and assist with policy and procedure review to ensure compliance with applicable state administrative rules and laws and federal regulations.
