Job Description
Supports the Human Resources department at Home Care Providers of Texas and other New Day companies as needed by maintaining personnel files, performing background checks, data entry, verifications of employment, reference checks, filing for active and terminated employees, assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, worker’s compensation, in house training, policy communications, mailings, training assistance and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Maintain personnel files, perform background checks, data entry, verifications of employment, reference checks, filing for active and terminated employees
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, worker’s compensation, in house training, policy communications, mailings, training assistance and special projects
  • Represent the HR department in a courteous and professional manner
  • Perform other related/administrative duties as directed by Management
