Job Description
BeMobile is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is based in-office at our Grand Forks, ND Corporate Center. The HR Coordinator will assist with a wide range of HR responsibilities while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience in an administrative position, HR preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, ADP preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees
  • Knowledge of HR practices and best practices, with a preference for employment law
