Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support our HR functions and ensure a positive experience for all camp staff.
Requirements
Evidenced commitment to the Christian faith
2-4 years of experience in a church, faith-based ministry or Christian camp
Exceptional administrative skills
Entry-level understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations
