Job Description
The Seasonal HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Human Resources across a range of HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, systems administration, and coordination of seasonal and freelance staffing.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative, HR, or office support role preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (BambooHR a plus) and workplace tools such as Slack, Expensify, ShareFile, and Box
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
