Job Description
The Seasonal HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Human Resources across a range of HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, systems administration, and coordination of seasonal and freelance staffing.
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative, HR, or office support role preferred
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (BambooHR a plus) and workplace tools such as Slack, Expensify, ShareFile, and Box
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
