Role OverviewThe Human Resource Director oversees the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the organization’s human resources function while leading the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and programs.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include overseeing the full employee lifecycle, partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, leading succession planning and talent development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited college or university
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
- 5–7 years of management or administrative experience in Human Resources, preferably at the Director or Senior Manager level
