What You Will Do
Recruit staff members, conduct background checks, maintain files, and manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Act as a strategic partner between departments, employees, and administrators to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and more.

Requirements
- Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
