The Human Resources Director will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accuracy in employee files, pay profiles, and leave documentation. They will also lead HR-related components of CMS and state survey readiness, manage employee relations matters, and partner with department leaders to proactively address staffing needs and workforce planning.
