Role OverviewThe Director, Human Resources leads a team of HR professionals to deliver talent solutions that enable business growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support operational excellence. This leader is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, providing management, coaching, and development. They will guide and develop HR team members while partnering with business leaders to shape and advance long-term people, development, and culture strategies that drive performance and engagement across the region.
What You Will Do
The Director, Human Resources acts as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, bringing a forward-looking perspective on talent, leadership, organizational design, culture, and workforce planning. They will oversee and manage complex employee relations issues, provide coaching and guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders when needed, and partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Organizational Development to define and develop solutions in support of business goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 10 years of Human Resource Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams
