Role OverviewThe Human Resources Director serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that support the YMCA's mission, values, and organizational goals.
What You Will Do
Lead all aspects of human resources operations for the YMCA, foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace culture, provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels
