15+ years of HR experience, including 5 or more at a VP level, demonstrated success in change management, collaboration, and influence, experience leading multi-year enterprise workforce planning, and experience with strategy development and management principles and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- 15+ years of HR experience, including 5 or more at a VP level
- SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred)
- Experience with strategy development and management principles and practices
- HR experience in an academic and/or technical/scientific setting, preferably working for a federally funded government contractor
