Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Expert to join our team. As a Human Resources Expert, you will be responsible for creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues. You will also work with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.

Requirements

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Effective communication skills
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
  • Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, without additional assistance from others
  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
