Job Description
As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will champion change, proactively remove roadblocks, and build diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. You will work with the HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, and lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
