Job Description
As a Human Resources Expert, you will be responsible for creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues. You will also work with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, lead recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.

  • Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, without additional assistance from others
