Job Description
As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments, helping guests find what they need, and resolving issues. You will also work with the HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.

Requirements

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
