A typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues. You will also work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.
