As a Human Resources Expert, you will work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business.
What You Will Do
Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, help guests find what they need, resolve issues, and adjust to business and guest needs. Lead focused recruiting efforts, support team member and leader training needs, and be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.

Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
