Role OverviewAs a Human Resources Expert, you will champion change, proactively remove roadblocks, and build diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. You will work with the HR team to support teams and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations and a place where teams love to work.
What You Will Do
A typical day will include creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing to understand their needs, engaging with guests in a genuine way, and being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store. You will also work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, execute intentional recruiting efforts, and support the training needs of your store's sales force.
