What You Will Do
Your typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience, greeting guests, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and adjusting to business and guest needs. You will also work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.
