What You Will Do
A typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. The Human Resources Expert will also work with the HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, support team member and leader training needs, and be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
