Role OverviewAs a Human Resources Expert, you will champion change, proactively remove roadblocks, and build diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. You will work with the HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business.
What You Will Do
Your typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience, helping guests find what they need, resolving issues, and adjusting to business and guest needs. You will also lead focused recruiting efforts, support team member and leader training needs, and be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.

Requirements

- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, without additional assistance from others
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
