We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team. As a Human Resources Expert, you will work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • Experience using basic Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs
  • Ability to effectively use scheduling software
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
