Job Description
As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will champion change, remove roadblocks, and build diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. You will work in a fun and energetic environment, provide service to guests, and make them say 'I LOVE TARGET!' You will also be responsible for executing intentional recruiting efforts, supporting training needs, and being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
