Job Description
As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will be responsible for working with the HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, leading recruiting efforts, and supporting team member and leader training needs. You will also be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices, and be approachable and available to listen to team members and collaborate with leaders as needed.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • Experience using basic Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs
  • Ability to effectively use scheduling software
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Effective communication skills
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
