Job Description
Gray Media is seeking an HR Generalist in Atlanta to support employee life cycle events, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations. The HR Generalist will work closely with station Office Managers and General Managers to manage multiple processes, track and respond to reporting requests, and maintain personnel information.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of human resources experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist
  • Understanding of human resources, management, and business best practices
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with managers and employees
