Job Description
A Human Resource Director leads the facility Human Resource function by providing service and direction to facility personnel on all aspects of Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Management of Workers Compensation, OSHA 300 Log and reporting, and Unemployment Compensation claims.
  • Accurately completes and audits benefit enrollment and other misc. forms, (401k, employment file)
  • Coordinates and participates in new staff orientation.
  • Administration and management of FMLA and other Leave of Absences
  • Responsible for recruiting efforts for the facility.
  • Assists LNHA with We Care Teams and Employee Engagement
  • Provides support and backup to the Payroll/Scheduler with bi-weekly processing of payroll.
  • Participates in the disciplinary process and is responsible for ensuring progressive discipline per policy.
  • Ensures attendance is correctly monitored and disciplinary process is followed in a timely manner.
  • Participates in the QAPI process.
