Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to drive positive employee relations strategies and lead partnering with leadership and on-site managers related to employee issues. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee relations and has 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Employee and/or Labor Relations.

Requirements

  • Counsel and support managers/supervisors on HR policy application
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns or conflicts
  • Maintain accurate records of employee concerns and investigations
  • Provide regular communication to leaders and relevant parties
  • Conduct ER investigations and develop plans to address problem areas
  • Apply expertise to support ADA accommodations and safety incidents
  • Facilitate field-based training and utilize influencing skills to reach win/win outcomes
  • Provide recommendations on promotions, development opportunities, and participation in learning programs
  • Conduct employee exit interviews and analyze trends
  • Assist with general and administrative HR duties
